Welcome back to the shop — two years after moving in and starting from scratch. Today I’m giving you a full tour of what’s working great, what still drives me crazy, and what I’m fixing next. You’ll see the tool wall, the bike lift setup, the custom-built storage racks, the lumber rack, the parts shelves, the fan upgrade, the workbench, and the bikes currently living in the shop. I also show the problem areas: the ceiling insulation that keeps falling, the outdated lighting, and the drainage issue that floods the shop during heavy rain.
This is a real rider’s garage — built around Harley‑Davidson ownership, wrenching, filming, and storing multiple bikes. If you’ve ever tried to turn a bare building into a functional moto shop, you’ll relate to this one.
