Die neue BMW S 1000 RR ist längst unterwegs: Auf der Nordschleife wurde ein seriennaher Erlkönig der kommenden RR-Generation abgelichtet – mit Spiegeln, Blinkern, montiertem Kennzeichen und normalen Straßenreifen. Damit lässt sich endlich sagen, wie viel vom Concept RR aus dem Mai 2025 wirklich übrig bleibt. Die markante Front mit dem großen Zentraleinlass und den weit stehenden Winglets kommt fast eins zu eins. Beim Fahrwerk hat BMW dagegen zwischen Showbike und Erprobung komplett umgeplant: elektronisch geregelte Marzocchi-Gabel statt Öhlins, neue Brembo Hypure-Zangen, dazu zusätzliche Lenkerschalter und ein TFT-Display im Tabletformat.
