The Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE looks like it should be exceptional.
On paper, it promises everything — performance, presence, capability. And yet, after spending time with it again, the reality is more complicated.
From the way it handles to the way it sounds, this isn’t quite the bike we expected.
But ride it without expectations, and it starts to make more sense.
This is our third experience with the Scrambler 1200 XE — and our most honest take yet.
