1988 HARLEY DAVIDSON Softail Springer Project - Will it Start? I finally work on my dad's 1998 Harley‑Davidson Springer, and today we’re kicking off this project the only way that matters—by seeing if this old-school machine will actually fire up. This bike has been sitting and untouched for way too long, so the big question is simple: will it start, or is this going to turn into a much bigger project than I planned?

In this video, I walk through the first steps of bringing a long‑parked Harley back to life. I know it needs a battery but the question is what is anything else that going keep this Springer from waking up, you’ll see exactly what I’m working with. Whether you love barn finds, old Evo motors, or just watching a forgotten Harley get a second chance, this one’s for you.
