My 80-year-old Dad has been riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles ever since he got out of the Army over 55 years ago. He and my Mama loved traveling on their 1968 Electra Glide, taking road trips with their friends and club members long before I was born.
After many years of riding, it became more challenging for Dad to manage the nearly 900-pound touring bike, especially with Mama riding on the back. To make things safer and easier, Mama eventually decided to stop riding two-up with him.
Today, everything comes full circle. In this video, my Dad buys a brand-new 2025 Harley-Davidson, so he and my Mama can enjoy the open road together once again. But this time, instead of riding with friends, we’re riding together as a family.
We’re so excited to share this special moment and celebrate a lifetime of love, adventure, and the freedom of the open road.
